GA4 sets two first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_PH4J81QRG7) containing a randomly generated client ID. Each page view sends: page URL and title, referrer, approximate location derived from the IP address (GA4 does not store the IP itself), device type, browser, language, and screen size.

Google signals, ads personalization, user-provided data collection, and User-ID are all disabled on the property. No Google Ads account is linked, and account-level data sharing with Google products & services is off. Nothing collected here is used for advertising.

Google LLC processes and stores the data. Servers are located outside Taiwan and Japan.

Event data retention is set to 14 months. After that, it is deleted.

The site writes two keys to localStorage: theme (your colour-scheme choice) and locale (your language). On a first visit the site reads your browser's language setting to pick the initial locale and may redirect to the matching language version; after that the stored value governs, and switching languages via the site menu overrides it. Neither key is ever transmitted; they are not analytics.

There are no accounts, no logins, and no newsletter. The contact form is a client-side mailto composer: it assembles your message and hands it to your own email client via a mailto: URL, sending nothing to any server.

Any content blocker or privacy-focused browser prevents the analytics tag from loading. Google also publishes an opt-out browser add-on. These are client-side measures; the site itself does not offer a toggle.
