我在一家 AI 動畫新創，從產品程式碼、底下的雲端平台到自己訓練的模型都做，資安貫穿全部。我教的就是我做的。之前七年做雲端基礎設施、資安和交付，大部分在顧問和資安架構。

我也一直在教課：我做過 eCloudture 線上學習平台，也設計、講授雲端培訓與工作坊；CYBERSEC 2024、2026 與 COSCUP 2026 都有登台，講題從雲端資安盲點、CDK 帳號接管到 AI 主導的擊殺鏈。教課也是我檢查自己有沒有真的弄懂的方法：講不清楚的架構，通常也還沒想清楚。
